This website presents the Micro Resorts practice, point of view, selected work, and general information. It is not architectural, engineering, geotechnical, legal, permitting, construction, or other professional advice for your property.

Every site has different conditions and review requirements. Do not rely on website content as a substitute for project-specific investigation or advice from qualified professionals.

Project inquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a client, consultant, contractor, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. A project relationship begins only through a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.

Do not send trade secrets, privileged material, payment information, or other sensitive content through the website form.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, brand elements, graphics, page designs, project stories, photographs, drawings, and other materials are owned by Micro Resorts or used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, publish, sell, modify, train a model on, scrape at scale, or create derivative commercial material from site content without written permission.

Project imagery and information

Project pages are editorial summaries, not construction documents or complete technical records. Images may show completed work, work in progress, details, or representative views. Site conditions, scope, participants, and results differ by project.

Client privacy matters. Public project monikers and summaries may omit names, addresses, scale, or other details. Nothing on the site grants permission to enter, photograph, contact, or identify a private property or client.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, abuse forms, impersonate another person, harvest information, or use the site in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
