Information you choose to share

When you submit a project inquiry, Micro Resorts receives the information entered in the form. This can include your name, email address, phone number, project location, property type, desired timeline, site size, and the message you provide.

Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential project information through the website form. A submitted inquiry begins a conversation. It does not create a client relationship.

How we use inquiry information

We use inquiry information to review the project, assess whether it may be a fit, respond to you, protect the form from misuse, and keep a reasonable record of the conversation.

The footer currently describes future field notes, but this website does not collect newsletter subscriptions at launch. If subscription collection opens later, this policy will be updated before addresses are accepted.

Website and security data

Our hosting provider may process standard server information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time, referring address, and security events. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

To present the Guatemala version on a first visit, the server may derive an approximate country from the visitor IP address using a local DB-IP database. The IP address is not sent to DB-IP. The result is used only for initial country and language routing and does not identify a precise location.

The contact form uses short-lived, strictly necessary security cookies to protect the form against forged requests. If website measurement is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose to accept analytics in this site’s controls. We send page addresses with query strings and fragments removed, and a limited event when an inquiry is accepted by our mail transport. We do not send form entries to analytics, use advertising features, or enable Meta or Clarity tracking. You can decline or change your choice in Analytics settings in the footer. The choice is saved for six months or until you change it.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that host, secure, or deliver the website and its inquiries, only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the site, our rights, or others.

Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. Retention can vary depending on whether a conversation becomes an active project.

External links and social platforms

The site links to Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other external services. Those services control their own privacy practices. Following an external link may allow that service to collect information under its own policy.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep. California residents may have additional rights under applicable law.
